As I never saw anything like this, I’m reporting it. The whole issue of using the cache or not was moot, because I reached that decision just before the Challenge Rift reset. Other people got it quicker. One person I know got 3 before 4 hours into the season. Yes it does! I tested this weapon with a lot of stuff and it works with literally anything. Dual wielders get to use double Ramaladni's gift. The point of the gift was because a soc is basically a required stat on a wep. So it just aliviated a bit of the rng for that. A soc is hardly even a desirable stat for off hands. Careful with statement like these. If you're talking about first ancient weapon of the season, sure probably rolling damage range will be the best choice.
